FSC, Inc. was founded by David Milburn in 1997. Since its inception the company has worked extensively in the government sector with Department of Commerce; the Social Security Administration; the Environmental Protection Agency; the U.S. Geological Survey; and the Department of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services.
Mr. Milburn brings over 40 years of experience covering all phases of the system development life cycle. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and completed his MBA at The College of William and Mary.
Mr. Milburn has over 25 years of experience working with specifically with Real Property managers. He is the chief architect of the Federal RPM Software Suite.
